Data analytics informs the unit's decisions that impact Team Members’ performance, advances collaboration and resolves conflicts within the Group. With a keen eye on trust and by responding to feedback, Team Members are rewarded and recognized by improving Team Member Engagement which measures, leads and listens to initiatives.

Performance:

An important component of the academy is the e-Competency Framework which outlines the key skills, abilities, knowledge, aptitude and attitude required for your role. It captures, gains consensus and communicates the behaviours that are aligned to the values of the organization and which drive high performance. In effect, it lays out in clear terms the pathways to performance excellence at CBCL.


Accountability:

The Compliance Management feature of the Academy will outline standards, regulations and responsibilities with which you must comply.
